Bristol City Council own the freehold to the site and have agreed to grant a long lease to Railpen.

The site occupies an area of approximately 0.33 hectares (ha) within Bristol City Centre and comprises a roughly rectangular plaza in the harbourside area of Bristol, with an additional smaller ‘spur’ to the northwest currently used as part of a service yard.
The freehold is owned by Bristol City Council and Railpen/Bell Hammer have entered into an agreement for lease and are currently are in pre-application discussions with the Local Planning Authority.
